How can I become a sponsor?

Is the ticket GST inclusive?

Yes, the ticket includes GST

Is there a group discount?

Unfortunately, group discounts are unavailable as there are limited tickets available 

Can I attend the sessions virtually?

To ensure the best learning and networking environment for all delegates, the conference is only being delivered in person 

Do I need to pre-select sessions I will be attending?

Delegates are welcome to attend any session on the conference program; no prior bookings are required 

Where and when do I collect my name badge?

The conference registration desk will be open from 9am on Tuesday 20 October, please come and check in with a VHA staff member to collect your name badge 

Will a cloak room available during the conference?

Yes there is a cloak room available at the conference, please talk to one of the VHA staff at the Registration desk on your arrival. 

Can I take photos and videos?

You are most welcome to take photographs outside in the exhibition and catering area. As per our Terms and Conditions, delegates consent to being photographed or recorded during conference sessions for promotional and archival purposes (Delegates who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organisers in writing in advance of the conference commencing). 

What accessibility measures are in place for this conference?

  • The conference floor is accessible via lift 
  • Accessible toilets 
  • Accessible parking for guests in wheelchairs 
  • Accessible bedrooms available, please contact reservations directly to assist with your booking  
  • Reserved seating at front of plenary and concurrent rooms for people who use wheelchairs or have an assistance animal 

If you have any dietary, access, or support requirements in order to participate fully, please let us know via emailconference@vha.org.au to ensure that we can arrange any reasonable adjustments. Pullman Melbourne on the Park does have accessible rooms available, please contact the hotel directly to confirm this upon booking. 

Are you taking abstracts for the sessions?

The VHA 2026 Conference is not a clinical conference, so we are not calling for abstracts. If you have any suggestions for future content please get in touch via conference@vha.org.au
