To ensure the best learning and networking environment for all delegates, the conference is only being delivered in person
Delegates are welcome to attend any session on the conference program; no prior bookings are required
The conference registration desk will be open from 9am on Tuesday 20 October, please come and check in with a VHA staff member to collect your name badge
Yes there is a cloak room available at the conference, please talk to one of the VHA staff at the Registration desk on your arrival.
You are most welcome to take photographs outside in the exhibition and catering area. As per our Terms and Conditions, delegates consent to being photographed or recorded during conference sessions for promotional and archival purposes (Delegates who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the organisers in writing in advance of the conference commencing).
If you have any dietary, access, or support requirements in order to participate fully, please let us know via email conference@vha.org.au to ensure that we can arrange any reasonable adjustments. Pullman Melbourne on the Park does have accessible rooms available, please contact the hotel directly to confirm this upon booking.
The VHA 2026 Conference is not a clinical conference, so we are not calling for abstracts. If you have any suggestions for future content please get in touch via conference@vha.org.au
